In this class, Lydia Wastell of Three Birds Hand-Crafted Bread, will teach you how to create a rustic no-knead French dough and how to transform that dough into miniature stuffed masterpieces! Elevate simple bread to an art form using tried-and-true techniques and your own Dutch oven. Mini stuffed French loaves make a wonderful gift, and will WOW guests at any potluck, office party, or other gathering. All supplies are included except for the Dutch oven. We recommend a 6-quart. (All tickets sales are final.) (Class is held in our classroom space upstairs, above the bakery.)
