Due to health dept. regulations, once an item leaves our premises we are unable to accept it back into the bakery for any reason. Therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be made on any custom orders. We are always happy to make any alterations to the design at the time of pick-up; however, once the item leaves the bakery, you acknowledge that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase (which is what we strive for every day!)

I understand that custom cakes are designed at the Long Beach Cake Studio and only available for pickup from the Long Beach location.
