In this class, you will work with Chef William Rester as he teaches you the secrets behind a perfectly baked, scratch-made biscuit. Then while you enjoy your bottomless mimosas, he will teach you how to make different toppings for your creations including a delicious herbed butter. Once your biscuits come out of the oven, you're welcome to take the whole pan home or stay a while and enjoy them at the bakery. Shhhh! We won't tell anyone if you go home empty-handed!
